Our Process
Identifying
The beginning stages of the process start with identifying and qualifying Israeli investors ideal for U.S. real estate opportunities. This also includes determining the structure of the deal to come to the most desirable terms for both the American real estate company and the Israeli capital investor.
Capital raising
The Capital raising process is the relationship-building phase between the GPs and the LPs. Once both parties have come to a deal resolution through the efforts of the Chabner Group, the investment takes place and projects can commence.
Post Closing
Even when the deal has closed, the Chabner Group will continue to support both parties through any changes or challenges. And with the investment project underway, we can advise our clients on the opportunities that exist for their next projects.
